ELVA'S SIGNATURE MASSAGE
Elva's signature massage consists of a deep tissue relaxation massage including the scalp and feet. The experience is designed to be deeply soothing whilst relieving tension, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.
The session starts with some deep breaths followed by the deep tissue portion, focusing on applying gentle, steady pressure. This readies the mind and body for the massage of slower strokes and deeper pressure targeting knots and muscle stiffness, promoting relaxation and loosening any tight spots.
The massage is finished with you lying face up, receiving a shoulder, neck, head and (optional) face massage. And then some gentle touch to awaken the mind and body.
Elva also enjoys the variety of customising the massage for the needs of her clients and to work on the style which suits them best.

The full body massage was incredibly relaxing, working out all the knots and tension in my muscles. I could feel the stress and tightness melting away as she worked.
